The rules are simple and the Internet Erg Challenge is open to all, anywhere in the world:
If you wish to enter, you must send your score to the organisers by the last day of the month in which you want to enter. There are four different challenges to enter and so your score is a 2000 metre, or 20, 30 or 60-minute piece on a Concept II erg of any variety.
Choose the correct category, eg Junior Women, Veteran A Men, Open Women.... You should only enter one category each month, although you can enter several times, and you may change categories next month. Club categories are designed to cater for those who are not at international standard, and the Junior and Veteran categories are ARA and FISA respectively. Only your best score each month will be used for each type of challenge.
Each month the full list of entered scores will be published on the results list and those who have successfully pushed someone else out of the League Champions Scoreboard will also be listed. The main results list will be broken into each of the four main challenges, and then listed in score order, not further subdivided into categories.
