A reply to Mason Durant's letter earlier this month. We would like to reply to the kind letter of Mason Duran. We already apologized with him and the whole Lancaster RGSG 8+ for the drawback occurred with the boat we lend to them: it was not the best, indeed! As matter of fact we were forced to use such boat - that is usually used by some of our not exactly youngest rowers - at the last time, due to the unexpected unavailability of the boats of another club. In fact, the huge number of participants, especially foreigners, that come to the last edition of D'inverno sul Po has suggested us to find out a larger number of boats to lend to foreigner participants. For D'inverno sul Po 2006 we rent by FILIPPI, the major Italian rowing boat builder and sponsor of the race, other 20 eights for our foreigner guests. Take your oars - even by plane. We wait for you.
