- Michael 'Chook' Wilson tells me he is still doing his rowing radio round-up (Australia) on www.2ky.com.au which is also net-broadcast. The weekly cast goes out at 6:20 am Sydney time each Saturday and Sunday, and those with suggestions for input should email him.

- A leak in the stern of his boat has led to transatlantic rower Jean Lukes having to be rescued less than a fortnight after leaving the east coast of Canada. More information in the Cape Cod Chronicle.
